C#/C++ Software Engineer in QuantConnect

Our radically open source project, LEAN, allows anyone to design algorithmic trading strategies. LEAN is the C# kernel of QuantConnect, processing billions in trading volumes and trillions of data points per day on our cloud cluster.

We're looking for brilliant, collaborative engineers to join the LEAN team, solving complex software engineering problems in the heart of LEAN.

We've been engineering since 2012 but each day we face more radical challenges with the rise of crypto trading and forever hungry demands of investors.

• Design, implement, and maintain core LEAN open source project, along with LEAN CLI.
• Working directly with the CTO to start, and as you grow will be given more project ownership.
• Success is measured by the quality and quantity of problems solved.

• Computer Science / Software Engineering degree helps but if you're a savant we don't need a degree.
• Comfort mentally loading large engineering models and understanding data flows, along with where to place the "fix".
• Comfort coding; this role is a hands-on position solving active challenges.
• Comfort with C# or C++.
