QuantConnect is a radically innovative algorithmic trading technology company building infrastructure to empower engineering and financial analysts worldwide. We serve 160,000 engineers who use our platform to write trading algorithms.

We're building a web-based coding environment, to enable the community to design and code their trading strategies in python or C#. We often have thousands of users simultaneously running intensive data processing, and charting through the QuantConnect

You'll join a multi-disciplinary team and start with simple projects to grow your knowledge of our technology stack across TypeScript, SCSS, PHP, and MySQL. As you grow we'll give you greater and greater ownership of the intensive challenges of the web algorithmic trading platform.

We have a near-infinite need for brilliant engineers interested in solving hard problems so whatever you can handle we'll be able to continue giving you new places to learn and grow.

• An engineering degree will help you understand the core data science challenges we face, but it's not required.
• At least 5 years of web coding experience; personal or professional is required. Ideally with comfort with object-orientated design in complex technology projects.
• We care mostly about whether you can tackle the tough challenges we face.

• Fluent English will help, but our engineering leadership also speaks fluent Spanish.
• Strong Typescript, SCSS and PHP.
• Google Cloud, or AWS experience is a perk.
