The Opportunity
As an Implementation Engineer at Pet’s Table, you will lead the integration of our customer experience platform, Kustomer, with essential communication and e-commerce tools, including the WhatsApp Cloud API, Shopify, and Recharge. Your expertise will ensure seamless data flow and enhanced customer interactions, driving operational efficiency and exceptional customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will develop adjacent tools, such as Retool apps, to maximize the efficiency of these systems.
