Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Junior Backend Engineer with a passion for technology and problem-solving. If you have a deep interest in backend systems and enjoy taking full ownership of your work, this is the opportunity for you! You will work closely with a talented team, leveraging your skills in Node.js and JavaScript to develop and maintain backend systems while being exposed to new technologies and challenges. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow rapidly in their career.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
  • Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
  • Collaborate in designing backend architecture to ensure efficient processing and data management.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in backend engineering.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript with MongoDB.
  • Experience using Docker.
  • English proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in reverse engineering APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
  • Ownership mentality: You are proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role.
  • Passion for technology: You stay updated and are genuinely excited about backend development.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL.
  • Understanding of database design, optimization, and scalability.
