• Participate in the maintenance phase of the CRM, fixing bugs and ensuring the system's smooth operation.
• Develop and implement new features for the CRM as required.
• Propose technical solutions that optimize the system's efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure code consistency and quality.
• Integrate and maintain technologies such as Python, MySQL, Prisma, and Django throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to problem-solving and manage delivery timelines effectively.

• Upper intermediate to advanced English level (B2-C1).
• Strong experience in backend development using Python.
• Advanced knowledge of databases, particularly MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Prisma as an ORM and the Django framework.
• Knowledge of ElasticSearch is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS, specifically ECS and S3.
• Basic front-end skills, with knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, especially in relation to technical issues and delivery timelines.
• Experience working in distributed teams and in a self-managed environment.
