We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in implementing and optimizing Salesforce Voice Solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in configuring voice-enabled CRM systems, streamlining workflows, and leveraging AI-powered insights to enhance customer engagement and improve sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Voice Solutions: Develop and configure Salesforce Voice functionality to enable seamless communication and customer interactions.
  • Optimize CRM Workflows: Streamline workflows within Salesforce to enhance operational efficiency and ensure seamless integration with voice-enabled systems.
  • Leverage AI-Powered Insights: Implement AI tools to provide actionable insights, improve customer communication, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Integration Expertise: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce Voice with third-party applications, ensuring compatibility and data synchronization.
  • Customization and Development: Build custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support unique voice-based use cases.
  • Testing and Debugging: Conduct rigorous testing of voice-enabled features to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable voice solutions.
  • User Training and Documentation: Provide training and create detailed documentation to support end-users and ensure smooth adoption of voice-enabled CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on implementing Salesforce Voice Solutions.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.
  • Experience with AI and analytics tools, such as Salesforce Einstein or other predictive insight platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM workflows.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and middleware tools for voice and data synchronization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English.
