Responsibilities:

As a Salesforce Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

Designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC) that enhance user experience on the Salesforce platform.
Optimizing the performance of LWCs, ensuring responsive interfaces and fluid user interactions.
Implementing high-quality Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes for complex business logic while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Integrating with external APIs and third-party applications using established Salesforce integration patterns.
Ensuring exceptional security, data integrity, and compliance in the Salesforce environment.
Conducting thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback, and upholding coding standards.
Providing clear, organized, and well-documented code and technical documentation.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

A minimum of 3 years of professional Salesforce development experience focused on Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and SOQL.
Experience with LWC lifecycle methods, data binding, event handling, and the creation of responsive UI designs.
Proficiency in Apex, including writing unit tests, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
A solid understanding of Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk API), familiar integration patterns, and industry best practices.
Familiarity with Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Salesforce certifications: PD1 (Platform Developer I) is required; PD2 (Platform Developer II) is highly preferred.

Desirable Skills:

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences would be advantageous:

Experience with Lightning App Builder and Salesforce Lightning design system.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience or knowledge of CI/CD practices with Salesforce.
