Main Activity

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other teams to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
• Architect efficient and reusable code to drive complex web applications based on requirements.
• Build the UI framework to create rich applications, integrating widgets and code to interact with data.
• Regularly test code to ensure it meets functional, performance, and security standards, along with other quality factors.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software for enhanced performance.
• Develop technical documentation to support future development projects.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in the development, maintenance, and support of internally developed applications that drive our customer incentive programs. This is a remote position available to candidates across LATAM 🌍

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in .Net web technologies using C# and ASP.Net, working with n-tier architecture.🌟
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with front-end technologies including HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ReactJS.🌐
• 5+ years of experience in relational databases, including writing queries in SQL.🗃️
• Proficiency with tools like Git and Visual Studio .Net.🛠️
• Familiarity with the ASP.Net framework, SQL Server, and architectural patterns such as MVC and Repository/Service patterns.🖥️
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and lead across departments.💬
• Extensive understanding of the software development life cycle.🔍
• Ability to work independently.🧑‍🔧
• Advanced English proficiency.🏅
