About The Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced frontend software engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web-based applications' front-end components. You will work closely with our product and design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences and will have the opportunity to shape the direction and future of our products.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, build, test, and release large-scale systems within the team, making the right tradeoffs for risk and long-term maintainability.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain the front-end components of our web-based applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
  • Write high-quality, well-documented, and maintainable code that follows best practices and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide solutions to improve the performance and stability of our applications.
  • Participate in code and design reviews, and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of our products.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, and continually improve your skills and knowledge.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Extensive experience (4+ years) in front-end web development with a focus on React and Next.js.
  • Experienced in collaborating with designers and back-end developers to create seamless user experiences.
  • Proven leadership experience, including leading and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong architectural skills, with the ability to design and implement complex front-end solutions.
Our stack:
TypeScript, React, Tailwind, NextJS, Ruby on Rails.

About You

  • Experience with React Native for mobile application development.
  • Previous work on projects in the music or entertainment industry.
While English proficiency is not a strict requirement for this role, candidates should have the ability to read and understand English documentation, test cases, and basic communication within the team. The ability to communicate in English is a plus but not mandatory.
