Responsibilities

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance desktop trading applications, ensuring a seamless experience for both discretionary and algorithmic traders.

Software Development: Build scalable and reliable applications using C#, .NET, and WPF.
Collaboration: Work with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to enhance the platform.
Risk Management: Implement control processes and ensure successful deployments.
Code Quality: Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Strategy Optimization: Develop and test trading indicators, algorithms, and tools.
Mentorship: Guide junior developers and stay updated on emerging technologies.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development with C#, .NET, and WPF.
At least 3 years of experience in large-scale B2B or B2C software projects.
Strong understanding of software design principles and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with trading platforms, indicators, and strategies.
Experience with Python (preferred).
Familiarity with financial markets, trading platforms, and technical analysis (preferred).
Advanced English (spoken and written) for communication with international teams.
Ability to work with agile methodologies and project management tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong self-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in dynamic environments.
