We’re looking for a talented full-stack Ruby on Rails (RoR) engineer to join our team. This role is all about building the backbone of our platform—scalable, high-performance back-end systems that power seamless experiences for our users. What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end systems that prioritize performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Build and optimize APIs, databases, and server-side logic to support high traffic, complex data workflows, and rapid growth.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences while ensuring our systems are scalable and future-proof.
• Write clean, well-documented code and tackle complex technical challenges to improve system stability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, share constructive feedback, and stay ahead of the curve with emerging back-end technologies and best practices.

• Develop and maintain scalable back-end components, ensuring efficient database queries, server performance, and data integrity.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, with a strong focus on back-end development and building scalable systems.
• Proficiency in designing and optimizing APIs, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and server-side logic to handle high traffic and complex data workflows.
• Solid experience writing efficient SQL queries and optimizing database performance for large-scale applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of debugging and resolving complex technical issues in production environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Passion for building robust, high-performance systems and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, with a focus on delivering results and iterating quickly.
• Bonus: Experience building products from scratch or being part of an early-stage startup team.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven track record of contributing to high-scaled systems, including performance optimization, load balancing, and ensuring system reliability under heavy usage.
