- Lead a team of high performing software engineers and provide direction in the complete software development cycle.

- Provide technical/functional advice and career mentoring, while also being involved in aspects of solution design, time estimation, roadmaps, work prioritization, iterations, sprints, etc.

- Provide continuous feedback to the team and assist in the design of career plans.

- Work on the establishment of business requirements in local and regional projects for countries in the Americas especially in USA.

- A people-focused leader who listens to people, mentors and coaches, and has excellent communication skills.

- A leader with a focus on software solution development and who acts as an intermediary in technical and functional discussions with functional, technical, operational leaders.

- Participate in the technical, strategic and architectural decisions of the projects that are part of the solutions portfolio.

- Strengthen and develop a culture of continuous learning in the team.

- Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience in software development projects.

- A people-focused leader who listens to people, mentors and coaches, and has excellent communication skills.

- A leader with a focus on software solution development and who acts as an intermediary in technical and functional discussions with functional, technical, operational leaders.

- Participate in the technical, strategic and architectural decisions of the projects that are part of the solutions portfolio.

- Strengthen and develop a culture of continuous learning in the team.

- Experiencie with Agile methodologies (scrum, kanban, etc) and CI/CD systems (Azure Devops, others).

- Knowledge in software architecture.

- English Level: B2 or higher.

- Microsoft .NET Technologies: ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Windows Services, Web Services.

Data Visualization Tools (Qlik Sense, IBM Cognos), Data Integration Components (SSIS, INFORMATICA Power Center).
