Major areas of responsibilities
-Lead initial System Design Review, PLC Code Review and emulation in-house
-Attends customer related approval meetings
-Contributes to system architecture, description of operation, functional specifications, and interface documents (Host, MHE, WCS, Cranes, Scanners, etc…)
-Adheres to and validates project specifications while maintaining as sold scope
-Understands project phasing (Tie-Ins, PLC SW, Cut-ins)
-Monitors and works from project task list and timelines; report progress on a regular basis
-Develops project PLC codes, configures, and set-up networks (includes Screens, Reports, HMI, etc.)
-Leads executing test plans on-site, both internal and customer acceptance/BUAT/UAT/FAT
-Supports continuous improvement of project process/product/ system design via provision of lessons learned feedback.
-Delivers on house assignments as per the agreed timeline and set quality standards.
-Follows work plans and cost estimates for work in commissioning, troubleshooting and support activities. Prepares monthly forecasting and attend actual’s meeting reviews.
-Ensures accurate application and implementation of standard processes and tools in preparing accurate PLC programing.
-Uses standard processes and procedures to ensure all commissioning activities comply with the required safety regulations and satisfy contractual requirements. Reports processes and tools inefficiencies and suggests improvements ideas.
-Supports in conducting risk and opportunity assessments during commissioning phase and in handling technical risks by following mitigation guidelines. Identifies potential Hazards and reports to Site management.
-Contributes with the technical enhancement of the team by providing technical trainings and SME sessions to experienced engineers.
-Lead complex projects, discussions with customers, acts as Program Lead at improving PLC program standards for specific customers.
-Collaborates with PM, PCO and CE teams in the E2E process.
-6 years Programming Allen Bradley PLC (8 for Sr Advanced PLC Engr)
-5 years on Communication Protocols
-Experience leading PLC Code reviews

-5 Years of experience in material handing industry, food & beverage or Automation Integrators
-Great negotiation and Communication skills. Advanced English Level.
-Proficient on AOIs creation and modification, Code Generators.
-Availability to work 70% on customer sites at US, License driver.
-3 years of experience leading complex PLC Projects, being in charge of OTD, Finances and Scope of the projects.
-Experience developing and providing PLC training programs.
