Sr. Full-Stack Developer in TECLA

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and business executives, to deliver innovative solutions.
• Architect and implement robust backend systems using modern frameworks and tools.
• Optimize and maintain database systems for reliability and scalability.
• Contribute to system design and the “big picture” architecture of our technology stack.
• Explore and integrate machine learning and AI models into production when applicable.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.

Technical Expertise:

• 6+ years of experience in software development working with JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of major database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Experience with a major TypeScript framework such as NestJS.

Big Picture Thinking:

• Experience or interest in system design and architecture of scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Experience leading a project from scratch.
• Capability to voice and make technical decisions.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with a major Python framework such as Django, FastAPI, Flask.
• Passion for analytics or data science projects.
• Experience in projects involving machine learning or AI modeling.
