In this remote position from any part of LATAM, you’ll play a crucial role in leading the implementation of web applications. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for collaborating with software engineers and cross-functional teams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! 🌟

Main Activities

• Review code and provide engineers with guidance on architecture, functionality, and readability. 🛠️
• Work closely with Product counterparts to identify technical solutions that align with business goals and use cases. 🤝
• Guide a development team in translating high-level technical solutions into discrete requirements and actionable engineering tasks. 📊
• Lead and assist in releases, monitor results, and iterate for continuous improvement. 🔄
• Promote simplicity and adherence to standards without over-engineering. 🎯

Requirements

• Proficiency in Typescript, Node.js 🌐
• Experience with React.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques. ⚡
• Excellent asynchronous communication skills. 🗨️
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, emphasizing automated testing.
• Experience with lean development practices. 📈
• Understanding of observability principles. 🔍
• Advanced English.
