QA Lead Engineer in Moventi

• Desarrollar criterios y estándares de calidad para el desarrollo de software, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del cliente, las regulaciones aplicables y las mejores prácticas de la industria.
• Revisar y analizar los requisitos del cliente para garantizar que sean claros, completos y alcanzables desde una perspectiva de calidad.
• Diseñar planes de prueba detallados que abarquen todos los aspectos funcionales y no funcionales del software, así como pruebas de performance y stress, incluida la funcionalidad, la usabilidad, el rendimiento y la seguridad.
• Realizar pruebas exhaustivas del software según el plan establecido, utilizando técnicas como pruebas de unidad, pruebas de integración, pruebas de aceptación del usuario, pruebas de carga, etc.
• Analizar los resultados de las pruebas para identificar defectos, anomalías y áreas de mejora en el software.

Looking for a Lead AQA Engineer to join their team.

Main responsibilities: cooperate with client's AI and create and maintain automated tests for customers in Playwright/Javascript.

• 5+ years of QA engineering experience;
• Prior experience writing end-to-end tests in Playwright;
• Proven track record building highly available and highly scalable systems;
• Ability to write good internal/external documentation;
• 5 hours of overlap with PST.

Additional requirements:

• English: Advanced, as the engineer will be involved in the communication with end clients;
• Experience with managing additional QA engineers as they hire and scale up;
• Ability to set up and maintain testing infrastructure in Kubernetes;
• Prior startup experience building zero to one;
• Has worked with LLMs and AI to speed up the testing process;
• Skills with devops - Docker, AWS (or a similar cloud platform).
