We are currently seeking a Social Seller to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the IT and custom software markets.

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract potential clients for IT solutions and software development services.
• Analyze industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through various communication channels.
• Evaluate leads based on established criteria and arrange meetings with the sales team.
• Work with the marketing team to design and execute customer acquisition campaigns.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Keep up to date with industry best practices and innovative lead-generation techniques.

• 4+ years of proven success in lead generation, preferably in technology or software services.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and their application in social selling.
• Proficiency in CRM software, lead tracking systems, and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
• Ability to work independently and meet lead-generation targets.
• Strong organizational skills and customer-focused mindset.
