This model has enabled us to secure multiple 5-6 figure clients, and we are excited to expand our team with an experienced Sales Development Representative.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end outbound campaigns primarily via email, with LinkedIn as a secondary channel.
  • Conduct professional setting and discovery calls with C-suite executives.
  • Host podcast and interview calls, successfully transitioning them to discovery calls.
  • Drive daily qualified appointments for both our agency and clients.
  • Meet defined KPIs across all outreach activities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years of proven outbound B2B SDR/sales experience.
  • Track record of setting/selling $50K-$200K packages to B2B clients.
  • Experience engaging business owners and C-suite executives.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Experience using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator or external tools), outbound email tools (Instantly/Apollo/Clay/similar), and AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.).
  • Native/Fluent English speaker with a professional communication style.
  • Ability to present well on camera during calls.

Nice to Have:

  • Email scraping expertise.
  • Cold calling experience.
  • Outbound email campaign management experience.
  • Direct message campaign experience.

Schedule:

- Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm ET.

- Initially 25 hours/week, with a progression to full-time in 2-3 months.

- Consistent US time zone availability required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Part-Time (Initial 2-3 Months):

  • Base salary: $1,500-2,000/month
  • Competitive commission structure:
  • 3-5% on generated deals (average deal range is $20K to $100K)
