Sales Engineer in Eastern Technologies, Inc.

We're a warm and fast-moving team building new solutions for consumers and disrupting new markets. Our leadership is US-based, but we are an international family, with team members in Peru, Argentina, Spain, India, and the Philippines.

This current project is a professional legal services app. We're building a marketplace where consumers and legal professionals can connect to resolve their needs. Currently we are serving customers in the United States, however we would like to expand to other countries.

For this current assignment we are looking to build out our sales team. You would work closely alongside US chareholders as well as other team members from LatAm.

1. Answering live leads and walking them through our sales flow (including entry in our CRM via Retool, using ChatGPT-based tools for qualification, collecting payment methods, and giving a service overview)
2. Conducting outbound calls (scheduled and immediate) to accomplish the same as above
3. Reaching out to prior contacts to reengage them once they've fallen out of our funnel
