The Role

As a Lead C# Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing the back-end components of Kuroro Wilds. Your technical leadership and C# expertise will be instrumental in building a robust and scalable foundation for our online game world.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead back-end development: Design, implement, and maintain robust back-end systems using C#, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Mentor the team: Oversee and guide other developers, fostering an environment of collaboration and growth.
• Collaborate on design: Work closely with designers and fellow developers to integrate game features seamlessly across the tech stack.
• Ensure code quality: Establish and uphold high coding standards, conduct code reviews, and guarantee the overall quality of the back-end codebase.
• Solve complex issues: Identify and troubleshoot challenging technical problems on the back-end, ensuring a smooth gaming experience for our players.
• Stay up-to-date: Keep abreast of the latest technologies and best practices in C# and back-end development.

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET Core
• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of database technologies, particularly MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Experience with containerization and orchestration, especially Kubernetes
• Familiarity with frontend technologies, including JavaScript and React
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership skills
