Full-Stack Web Developer in TECLA

We are a statewide Multiple Listing Service that serves all 62 counties, including all five boroughs. Our platform enables member brokers and agents to list properties across the entire state. Launched in 2009, our proprietary, custom-built software is designed to adapt to the evolving needs of both our members and the real estate industry.

• Build efficient and easy-to-use web application APIs using Linux, PHP, and MySQL backend technologies.
• Build user interfaces based on existing Figma designs and component libraries using Svelte or React.
• Actively collaborate with our team of product owners, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA engineers at various stages of the development process.
• Ensure the quality of delivered code through unit testing, system testing, code reviews, and proactive bug resolution.
• Based on project needs and end goals, proactively suggest improvements to architecture and technologies for maximizing development efficiency.

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, building both the backend and front end of web applications.
• 3+ years of experience with PHP, React, and MySQL.
• 1+ years of experience with AWS.
• Passion for programming and test-driven development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A degree in computer science or technology is a plus but not required with sufficient full-stack experience.
