We are looking for a Front-end focused Software Engineer to produce scalable software solutions and join a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Software Engineer you will be responsible for implementing visual elements that are visible from the computer user’s vantage point within a web application. You will combine the art of design with the science of programming, translating UI/UX design wireframes into actual code.

Responsibilities:

Define and translate client requirements into actionable roadmaps and manage project execution.
Conduct workshops and meetings for requirements gathering, design reviews, prototyping, testing, and stakeholder feedback.
Apply agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure efficient workflows across teams.
Collaborate with Product Consultants, Client Services, and PMO to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
Identify and address risks, balancing business and technical needs, and escalate issues when necessary.
Serve as the primary contact for clients and team members, providing updates on project progress and changes in scope.
Maintain regular client engagement to ensure expected value delivery.
Foster a collaborative team environment and monitor team morale.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience as a Digital/Web Project Manager or similar role managing large teams in software development, web technologies, or eCommerce.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, AirTable, Jira Product Discovery or other project management tools is preferred.
Proficiency with agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), including experience leading sprint planning and execution as a Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and project management methodologies such as agile, hybrid-agile, scrum, and kanban.
Familiarity with technical concepts and tools including AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, and platform integrations.
Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar) is a plus.
Experience with headless implementations of eCommerce platforms (CommerceTools, BigCommerce), CMS (Contentful, Contentstack), Loyalty (Talon.one, EagleEye), Identity (Stytch, Okta), and Personalization (Ninetailed, Segment).
Proficiency with project management software and collaboration platforms.
Willingness to work on EMEA timezone (GMT+2)
Technical background in Computer Science is a plus.
