OpenLoop is looking for a Client Launch Coordinator to join our team at Lima, Peru. This role will be a member of the Implementation team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and coordinating program deployments.

About the Role

The Client Launch Coordinator will coordinate cross-functional teams in preparation for client/program launch. This will include hosting/leading trainings, QA’ing the patient & provider experience, and creating new processes where needed for a successful client onboarding experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Coordinate internal teams in preparation for new client launches.
QA internal and external communications, websites, & applications.
Assist with client SOP development.
Work with the analytics team to prepare program reporting, both internally & client-facing.
Prepare & lead cross-functional program trainings - including but not limited to support teams, providers, etc.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
2+ years of experience in program/project coordination, client onboarding, or similar role required.
Cross-functional work experience, including operations and project management roles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (both with clients and internal stakeholders).
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Must be a proactive, fast learner with strong problem solving skills.
Fluency in English (C1) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Available to work in a hybrid work model.

Desirable skills

Experience in project leadership within a startup or healthcare environment (desired).
