OpenLoop is looking for a Vendor & Partner Specialist to join our team in Lima, Peru. This role will be a member of the Costumer Success Team.

Job functions

  • Support Customer Success by being the main point of contact and face of OpenLoop for our vendors and partners by maintaining effective communication.
  • Responsible for managing vendor relationships like: UCM, our compound pharmacies, Change, Healthie, Doespot, LabCorp, Quest etc.
  • Ensure accurate that Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance is met, if applicable.
  • Compile and interpret reporting when appropriate and necessary on our vendor and partner activities.
  • Partner with internal cross-departmental teams to report back relevant information and assist with decision making in terms of our relationship with involved vendors and partners.
  • Hold our vendors responsible for upholding and fulfilling their obligation to OpenLoop.
  • Research and identify new potential vendors like new compound pharmacies.
  • Use negotiation skills to discuss current and future contracts.
  • Update the CRM and other pertinent tools with relevant information.
  • Drive the implementation of new vendors and support the subsequent processes that go along with the implementation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Customer Success Experience managing accounts.
  • Problem-solving and communication skills are vital for this position.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Strong attention to detailed and negotiations skills.
  • You must be able to work effectively, both independently and with other departments, to resolve all issues and vendor inquiries.
  • Fluency in English (C1) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Available to work on a hybrid work mode.
