We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Enterprise Technology Solutions Engineer to lead the integration and optimization of our critical enterprise applications, such as Datadog, HubSpot, Atlassian, and other third-party platforms. This role emphasizes strategic application integration, automation, technical problem-solving, and the evaluation of technology solutions to align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise to improve workflows and drive operational efficiency.

What You Will Do:

  • Enterprise Application Integration & Optimization: Lead the design, development, and optimization of integrations between enterprise systems using APIs, scripting, and middleware (e.g., Zapier, Workato). Focus on enhancing our workflows and streamlining business processes.
  • Automation & Process Improvements: Proactively identify and implement automation opportunities to eliminate manual tasks and enhance system performance. Focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Solution Evaluation (Build-Buy-Partner): Evaluate new technology solutions and lead the decision-making process regarding whether to build internally, buy existing solutions, or partner with vendors. Provide strategic recommendations based on cost, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Technical Problem-Solving & Support: Act as the subject matter expert for enterprise applications, diagnosing and resolving complex technical challenges. Provide expert-level support to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with key departments (IT, Sales, Finance, Operations) to gather business requirements and develop technology solutions that align with our business needs, ensuring smooth and efficient cross-functional operations.
  • Security & Compliance: Champion security best practices across enterprise applications, ensuring all systems comply with data governance policies and meet organizational security standards.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop clear and comprehensive technical documentation. Facilitate training sessions to ensure that our teams can fully utilize integrated solutions effectively.

What You Will Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in integrating and optimizing enterprise applications such as Datadog, HubSpot, and Atlassian, with a strong focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Proven expertise in API-based integrations, scripting (Python, JavaScript), and automation tools.
  • Flexibility in switching between programming languages and leveraging low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato) to deliver effective solutions when appropriate.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and SaaS technologies.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on technical innovation and troubleshooting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with DevOps tools and environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile workflows and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Experience working with middleware or integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Mulesoft).
  • Prior experience in a technology-focused or SaaS environment is a plus.
