​​​​​We seek a highly skilled Azure Cloud Architect/Lead to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, cloud architecture best practices, and enterprise IT infrastructure. As a key technical leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption, ensure security and compliance, and optimize cloud performance.

Cloud Architecture & Strategy

• Design and implement highly available, scalable, and secure cloud solutions on Azure.
• Define and enforce cloud governance, security, and compliance policies aligned with industry best practices.
• Develop cloud adoption roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Infrastructure & Platform Management

• Architect and manage Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure App Services, and Azure Storage.
• Design networking, identity & access management (IAM), and hybrid cloud connectivity solutions.
• Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization through cost management strategies.

Security & Compliance

• Implement Azure security best practices, including Azure Security Center, Defender, Key Vault, and Sentinel.
• Design disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans for critical workloads.

DevOps & Automation

• Establish CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Terraform.
• Automate cloud provisioning, monitoring, and scaling with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Enable containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless cloud adoption.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training to internal teams.
• Stay updated with emerging Azure technologies and recommend improvements.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Cloud Computing, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture, IT infrastructure, or related fields.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Strong expertise in Azure networking, IAM, security, and governance.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Terraform for automation.
• Experience with hybrid cloud, multi-cloud strategies, and cloud migration projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.

• Azure certifications (AZ-305, AZ-400, AZ-104, or equivalent).
• Experience with AI/ML workloads, data engineering, or serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust security models and cloud-native security practices.
