En CodersLab actualmente nos encontramos en el crecimiento de los equipos apuntando a un crecimiento global que nos permita posicionarnos con nuestros productos en más países de Latinoamérica, por lo que estamos en búsqueda de un Devops Lead quien deberá ser una persona con mucha motivación y orientación al cumplimiento de objetivos.

In this role, you’ll take the lead in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that power our cutting-edge, cloud-native, event-driven microservices. If you have deep expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and pipeline orchestration, and love working with cross-functional teams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Main Activities

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team in building, maintaining, and optimizing AWS infrastructure for microservices and serverless applications.🏗️
• Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines, including transitioning services from Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions.🔄
• Implement and maintain best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).🛠️
• Ensure continuous monitoring, alerting, and operational excellence for our cloud-native systems.🔍
• Work closely with software engineers to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows.🤝
• Automate processes to enhance system reliability, observability, and security at scale.⚙️
• Provide mentorship to junior DevOps engineers and help foster their growth.🌱

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or system operations.📅
• Expertise in AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.☁️
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, with 5+ years of experience in tools like GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps Pipelines.🔧
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with Terraform and Terragrunt is highly preferred.📜
• 5+ years of experience in observability, monitoring, and alerting systems. Datadog experience is a major advantage.📊
• Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Advanced English.
