Job functions

  • Put on your QA Ninja mask and collaborate with our development and product teams to ensure our software is as flawless as a perfectly shaken cocktail.
  • Craft and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Manual testing across devices.
  • End-to-end testing of web-based apps and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance throughout our software development lifecycle.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest testing methodologies and toolsets.
  • Assist our software developers in fixing problems, isolating bugs, and verifying solutions.
  • Answer customer feedback requests and help troubleshoot customer issues.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Proven experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong background in web-based application testing.
  • Thorough understanding of QA processes (test case planning, documentation, requirements analysis, test automation, reporting and triage, bug reporting, regression & isolation)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking skills
  • Experience with both black box and white box testing
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies
  • Passionate about high quality products
  • Detail oriented
  • Works well with distributed teams
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills (C1 or C2)

Desirable skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ISTQB certification or other relevant certifications.
  • Ninja training.
