As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technology projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Your role involves both strategic planning and hands-on project management.

Each one of our collaborators works with different teams and colleagues around the world, in the design and commercialization of software. We look forward to having you as part of our team in the role of Technical Delivery Manager.

• Lead and manage the delivery of RPA projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the RPA development team.
  Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in RPA development and implementation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• 4+ years of proven experience managing RPA projects, with a strong understanding of RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in RPA development and implementation.
• Excellent project management skills, with certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Generate regular status reports for senior management and clients.
