Job functions

  • Technical Support: Provide email and phone support.
  • Issue Triage: Assess urgency and allocate resources.
  • Guidance: Offer best practices and solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Tackle complex issues.
  • Professional Interaction: Maintain a positive attitude with clients.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot IT issues promptly.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate client records.
  • Follow-Ups: Ensure client satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Assist in IT projects.
  • Client Inquiries: Provide first-level technical support within SLAs.
  • Request Monitoring: Prioritize requests based on severity.
  • Troubleshooting: Collaborate on common IT issues.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Fluent in English. Must be able to speak clearly with clients in English (Required)
  • High school diploma; Bachelor’s in computer systems is a plus.
  • Basic computer hardware, software, and networking knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Quick learner of new technologies.
  • Previous customer-facing role experience is a plus.

Recommended Certifications:

  • CompTIA A+
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
