Implementation Specialist in OpenLoop

OpenLoop is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team in Lima, Peru. This role will be a member of the Customer Success Team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Continuously improve existing processes to evolve our product and offerings
• Align client needs with internal resources to power our care delivery systems
• Identify gaps and train team members on various requirements needed to run our services
• Act as a role player for handling tasks that have not been automated or trained
• Work closely with Sr. Director of Customer Success, Customer Success team, and other operational departments to close gaps in product and team development
• Speak with customers and create solutions for their workflows with OpenLoop
• Improve team efficiency by creating optimum processes with technology and people
• Be a proxy for the Sr. Director of Customer Success on various meetings and processes such as legal, customer success, and communications
• Other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of experience working in roles related to implementing ERP, managing digital product or SaaS projects with external clients (required).
• 2+ years of proven configuration experience (required).
• Strong coding or programming skills (required).
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies to maximize project success.
• Ability to communicate all necessary background and project updates to clients (senior management members) and internal stakeholders in the most efficient manner possible.
• Proactive, quick learner with problem solving skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (C1) and excellent written and verbal communication skills (required).
• Available to work in a hybrid work model (required).

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, etc (desired).
• 1+ year of experience leading projects in a start-up or healthcare environment (desired).
