About the Role

This position holds a critical role within our organization, focused on delivering exceptional technical support and expertise to clients in the healthcare industry following service delivery. This role involves leveraging in-depth knowledge of healthcare systems and technologies to address post-service inquiries, resolve technical challenges, and ensure the optimal functioning of our solutions within healthcare environments. The Technical Program Expert plays a vital role in maintaining positive client relationships and contributing to the ongoing success of our healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for healthcare clients post-service, assisting with technical inquiries, issue resolution, and optimization of our healthcare systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrating and configuring our solutions within complex healthcare environments.
  • Advise clients on how to configure and use our solutions in a compliant manner.
  • Analyze and diagnose complex technical issues reported by healthcare clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to understand clinical workflows and recommend technical solutions that optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Assist clients in configuring and customizing our systems to align with their unique healthcare processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their post-service needs are met and their challenges are addressed promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing our healthcare solutions based on client feedback and emerging industry trends.
  • Provide insights for product enhancements and new feature development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or similar careers.
  • 4+ experience as a Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect.
  • Proven experience building and configuring webhooks (required).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, for effective interaction with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Fluency in English (C1) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Available to work on a hybrid work mode.

Desirable skills

  • Proven experience in providing technical support to healthcare clients (desired).
  • Experience working with Zoho and Healthie is considered a plus (desired).
