About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tier 3 Support Specialist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in providing advanced support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. The ideal candidate will possess expertise across a diverse technology stack, including Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Apex Development, API integration, C#, MSSQL, React, and digital experience platforms.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 3 support for escalated technical issues across Salesforce (Admin, Apex, API), MSSQL, React, and digital experience environments.
  • Incident Management: Manage high-priority incidents and ensure timely resolution by collaborating with other support teams.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform detailed analysis for recurring issues, providing recommendations for permanent solutions.
  • Collaboration with Development: Work closely with developers to resolve complex integration and API-related issues.
  • Data Management: Utilize MSSQL for complex queries and troubleshooting data-related issues.
  • Salesforce Reporting: Design, generate, and troubleshoot Salesforce reports as needed.
  • API Integration: Support API connection and integration issues.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of issue resolution processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to support process enhancements.
  • Training and Mentorship: Mentor other support team members to develop their skills.

Competencies/Skills Required

Your qualifications include:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Tier 3 technical support, specifically with Salesforce and API integrations.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and in Salesforce Apex Development.
  • API Integration: Strong expertise in API integrations and troubleshooting.
  • Programming: Proficiency in C# and React.
  • Database Management: Advanced MSSQL skills, including complex query execution.
  • Salesforce Reporting: Experience in designing and troubleshooting Salesforce reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Ability to convey technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are advantageous:

  • Salesforce Admin or Developer certification(s).
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment or supporting large enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of digital customer experience best practices.
  • Familiarity with Sitecore and/or Kentico is a plus.
