You will join us in redefining data aggregation strategies in the loyalty and travel industries while ensuring seamless execution across various Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

Track issues and risks across 3-5 concurrent Salesforce projects.
Conduct QA testing to guarantee reliability and performance of solutions.
Create and modify fields, layouts, and validation rules within Salesforce.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes.
Implement minor Salesforce customizations following best practices.
Communicate project updates and milestones effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with creating fields, modifying layouts, and developing validation rules.
Certifications: At least two Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder).
Languages: Advanced Spanish (required), Intermediate-Advanced English (required for collaborating with international teams), Portuguese (highly valued to collaborate directly with our CTO).
Project Management: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks across multiple accounts.
Detail-Oriented & QA-Focused: Experience in testing Salesforce implementations and configurations.
Strong Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working remotely with U.S. or global clients.
Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant).
