Accelerate your process in a collaborative way
At Get on Board we know that recruitment processes are faster and more efficient the more people are involved in them, that's why there is no limit to the number of users per company. You can invite as many users as you want and assign them different roles within your company account(*).
(*) Only Admins can invite users, assign roles and create user groups. There can be unlimited admins per company.
Whoever has the admin role can create groups of users and assign them to different processes. Once assigned, within their kanban board, they can create differentiated stages for each team member (each interview or screening), in addition to each one being able to evaluate candidates with previously defined scorecards, which will allow them to see an average score of all the evaluations for each candidate.
Remember that you can create as many scorecards as you want and reuse them in different selection processes.
