What do I do if I get an error in the platform?

If you are having any problems with our platform, we recommend you follow the next steps: 

A. Delete cookies and cache memory of your current browser and try to perform the action again. 
B. Try in incognito mode and from other browsers, log into your account, and try the action again.

In order to assess and solve your issue faster, we recommend you to have at hand information such as your user role (are you a professional or a company?), the browsers you are having the problem with, and screenshots or videos.
