The Account Support team plays a vital role within this mission by supporting the operational backbone of Lilo's account management. Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer requests timely and accurately to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track and manage orders, proactively identifying and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Support the Account Management team with onboarding workflows and various operational tasks.
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date internal records and documentation with attention to detail.
  • Work extensively with spreadsheets and tools to manage data efficiently and streamline processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel skills with confidence in handling spreadsheets and data management tasks.
  • English proficiency at level C1, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively across teams.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and extremely detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and possessing a collaborative mindset to work smoothly with diverse teams.
  • No specific past experience or formal education is required, emphasizing attitude and skillset as primary selection criteria.

Desirable Skills and Traits

Experience or familiarity with the hospitality industry could be beneficial, given the focus on hotel procurement. Prior exposure to customer service or account management environments will provide an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing workflows enhance performance in this role. Being proactive with a passion for continuous learning and supporting team goals is highly valued.
