We're looking for a dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team and help our clients thrive. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind customer satisfaction and retention, working closely with clients to ensure they get maximum value from ShapeScale.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

In your role as a Customer Success Specialist, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, driving engagement and satisfaction. Your primary goals will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering timely and effective support.
  • Leading onboarding and training sessions, particularly focusing on our VIP clients to ensure a smooth start.
  • Conducting regular check-ins to identify challenges faced by clients, providing curated solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining valuable customer success resources, such as training materials and best practices guides.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to expedite the resolution of customer issues.
  • Building and managing a thriving customer community through stimulating content, virtual events, and social media initiatives.

What You Bring to ShapeScale:

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the tech industry, ideally within a startup environment. Your proven background in customer-facing roles, like Customer Success or Account Management, will be critical. You should possess strong communication and organizational skills and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. A genuine passion for technology and a growth mindset will be highly valued.

You'll excel in this fast-paced environment if you are naturally curious about technology and committed to helping our clients succeed.

Desirable Experience:

Ideally you may have experience in startup environments, and have previously demonstrated your ability to learn the ins and outs of a complex tech product. This experience is not mandatory but would certainly give you an edge in this role.
