• Data Pipeline Development: Proficiency in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines using tools such as Fivetran, Stitch, or Kafka Connect for ingesting data from multiple sources into a data lake.
• Data Lake Management (Snowflake): Strong experience with Snowflake, including configuring data ingestion, partitioning data, and using Time Travel and Zero-Copy Cloning features for efficient data management.
• ETL/ELT Pipelines: Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, particularly in cloud environments. Should be familiar with dbt for transforming data after ingestion, and orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Dagster to automate workflows.
• Integration Platforms (Zapier, Integromat): Knowledge of integration tools like Zapier or Integromat for automating workflows between various SaaS tools (e.g., ServiceTitan, marketing platforms, and payment systems).
• Cloud Expertise (AWS preferred): Deep knowledge of AWS services like S3 (data storage), Glue (ETL), Athena (data querying), and Redshift (data warehousing). Experience in securing and optimizing cloud-based data infrastructure.
• Version Control & CI/CD: Familiarity with tools like Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket for version control, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) for deploying and maintaining data pipelines.

• 5+ years as a Data Engineer, with a proven background in building end-to-end data pipelines.
• Experience with integrating large-scale enterprise systems into a Snowflake-based data lake.

Agile Methodology: Familiarity with working in Agile or Scrum environments, managing sprints, and adapting quickly to changing requirements.

Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
