EVEN is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and elevate our brand's online presence. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and working closely with the Creative Director and other teams, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing long-term social media strategies that resonate with music lovers and creators alike. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, deeply immersed in music and internet culture, highly skilled in both strategy and content creation, and experienced in running paid social media ad campaigns.

This is a unique opportunity to drive our social media vision, working cross-functionally with the Artist Relations, Product, and Marketing teams to support artists and drive fan engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategy: Create comprehensive, multi-channel strategies to drive brand visibility, engagement, and traffic to the platform.
  • Content creation: Work with the creative team to develop compelling social media content that reflects the brand’s voice, engages our audience, and promotes upcoming artist releases and fan experiences.
  • Ad campaign management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Analytics & optimization: Set measurable goals, track KPIs, and report regularly on performance metrics, using insights to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Industry trends: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms to ensure EVEN is always ahead of the curve.
  • Team collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team, and work with the Social Media Manager to ensure a cohesive and impactful social media presence.
  • Day-to-day management: Oversee and execute daily social media tasks, including scheduling, posting, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
  • Brand consistency: Ensure that all content aligns with our brand’s tone, visual identity, and overarching marketing strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience: 5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the music industry or a fast-paced tech startup.
  • Strategic & creative: A blend of strategic thinking and creative execution, with experience in channel planning, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Ad campaign expertise: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid social media ad campaigns, with a strong understanding of targeting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Cultural awareness: Deep knowledge of music, culture, and internet trends, with a passion for engaging with digital communities.
  • Self-starter: Able to independently lead social media initiatives and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Tools expertise: Proficiency with design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva), social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera and producing content.
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish.
