Job functions:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Integration Specialist to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for integrating us into supported CRMs, configuring automations, and building AI agents for our clients. The primary focus will be on Go High-Level automations, but experience with other CRMs and AI tools will be a significant advantage.

This role does not require coding expertise but demands strong technical knowledge of CRMs, automation tools, and prompt engineering to create seamless experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Integration Projects: Conduct discovery calls with clients to gather requirements, design and implement AI-powered workflows, collaborate with prompt engineers, and provide comprehensive training and support to clients.
  • CRM Integrations: Implement us into supported CRMs, primarily Go High-Level. Configure workflows, pipelines, and automation.
  • Automation Builds: Set up advanced automation using tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), and Webhooks to meet client-specific needs.
  • AI Agent Configuration: Build and optimize voice AI and text AI agents using our platform. Configure prompts and ensure the agents meet client objectives.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Test builds to ensure functionality and troubleshoot any integration or automation issues.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure smooth implementation of AI agents and automation.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of processes, workflows, and configurations for each of our clients.
  • Cross-Platform Support: Provide implementation support for secondary CRMs such as HubSpot, Zoho, PipeDrive, Close, or Follow-up Boss as needed.

Requirements:

Experience with Go High-Level or Hubspot:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience building automation and workflows in Go High-Level or Hubspot.
  • Familiarity with pipeline setup, triggers, and lead workflows.

Knowledge of Automation Tools:

  • Strong experience with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), and Webhooks.

AI/Prompt Engineering Experience:

  • Experience configuring chatbots or working with GPT models for custom prompts and workflows.
  • Familiarity with voice/text AI agent setups is highly desirable.

Full Professional English Proficiency:

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles; ideally conducting exploration calls.

Bonus Experience (Nice to Have):

  • Knowledge of CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, PipeDrive, Close, or Follow-up Boss.

Technical Aptitude:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot integration and automation issues.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Benefits:

  • A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
  • The opportunity to be part of an innovative company at the forefront of AI-powered solutions.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation per year.
  • 10 paid days for local holidays.

* Please note we are only looking for dedicated full-time team members who are eager to integrate fully within our team.
