Full-Stack Engineer in TECLA

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing AI-enhanced applications across the full technology stack. You will work closely with our lead engineer and product leads to build sophisticated end-to-end solutions that leverage AI capabilities. This role requires strong technical skills in both Backend development and modern Frontend implementation, with an emphasis on delivering powerful AI features through intuitive user interfaces.

• Implement modern, responsive Frontend interfaces for AI applications.
• Contribute to efficient backends that power AI features.
• Integrate with APIs across AI providers and models.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Stay current with the latest developments in AI and Frontend technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for Full-Stack Engineers who are equally comfortable developing Backend services and modern user interfaces, with interests in:

• Building responsive, intuitive user interfaces for AI-powered applications.
• Developing server-side applications and RESTful APIs in Python.
• We value pragmatic, collaborative problem solvers eager to learn, adapt, and commit to growth.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python, Tailwind).
• Proven expertise in modern Frontend development.
• Proficiency in Python Backend development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous startup environment.
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building applications using AI models like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Stable Diffusion (including personal projects).
• Experience maintaining Dockerfiles for containerized applications.
• Background in designing web experiences with UX best practices in mind.
• Experience working directly with US-based clients or internal stakeholders in a professional setting.

Work Schedule: EST time zone
