The Opportunity
As a Revenue Associate at Pet’s Table, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving partnerships and revenue growth. You will identify opportunities to engage with niche businesses, such as dog walkers, grooming centers, and pet-friendly cafes, to develop an innovative affiliate program. With a strong product management mindset, you will also focus on scalable solutions to enhance partner engagement and drive sustainable revenue streams, always with the aid of technology.
This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in business development, revenue management, or product management who are eager to grow in a dynamic environment. You'll have the opportunity to shape and scale the role as our affiliate program expands
1. Strategic Partnership Development
Identify and segment key regions in Mexico City to target potential brand partners.
Establish relationships with non-traditional partners (e.g., dog walkers, grooming centers) to create a robust affiliate network.
Develop tailored value propositions to engage partners and foster long-term collaborations.
2. Revenue Growth and Program Scaling
Design and implement strategies to increase partner-driven revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline affiliate onboarding and performance tracking.
Develop scalable tools and processes, such as dashboards, video materials, and automated reporting systems, to support the affiliate program.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyze partnership performance and revenue data to identify growth opportunities.
Use insights to optimize incentives, improve partner engagement, and increase ROI.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate progress and impact to stakeholders.
4. Product Management and Program Innovation
Apply a product management mindset to enhance the affiliate program’s efficiency and scalability.
Drive the development of digital tools and resources, such as partner portals and payment systems.
Gather partner feedback to continuously improve program offerings and support materials.
5. Event Representation and Brand Promotion
Represent Pet’s Table at relevant events and fairs, promoting our mission and products.
Educate dog owners on the benefits of fresh, natural dog food, enhancing brand awareness.
Some Proffesional Experience: You bring 1-2 years of experience in business development, revenue management, or product management.
Dog Lover: You have a genuine passion for dogs and pet wellness.
Analytical and Strategic: You’re comfortable interpreting data to inform decisions and optimize strategies.
Product Management Mindset: You think in terms of scalable systems and efficient processes.

Business Development: Proven ability to identify and grow revenue streams through strategic initiatives; city expansion experience earns you +150 dogpoints.
Event Experience: Confidence in representing a brand in public settings, such as fairs or conferences.
