The Opportunity:
The Sales and Marketing Operations Manager will oversee trade show coordination, sales process optimization, data-driven reporting, and system improvements while supporting key sales partnerships.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for efficiency.
This person will also collaborate closely with the Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

Event Management, Event Marketing & Travel Planning

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute our presence at industry events, including booth setup, material logistics, branding, marketing, travel, and budget management, ensuring brand visibility and engagement with potential customers.
  • Schedule and lead pre- and post-tradeshow internal meetings to align stakeholders, set objectives, debrief on key takeaways, and strategize follow-up actions.
  • Document the “Run of Show” with clear visibility and review the tradeshow logistics and all moving pieces ahead of time.
  • Handle travel arrangements for staff attending the tradeshow, including bookings, cancellations, and calendar management.
  • Assist in researching and organizing sponsorship and speaking opportunities at events.
  • Ensure trade shows align with sales goals, lead capture, and post-event follow-up strategies.
  • Manage budgets for events by forecasting costs and monitoring spending.

Sales Process Optimization

  • Work alongside the Sales Department to enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on goals and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence to improve reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Manage CRM systems, data tracking, and reporting to support decision-making and develop data validation workflows to prevent duplicates, maintain accurate records, and ensure data quality.
  • Store templates, scripts, and battle cards in HubSpot for easy access by the sales team.

Sales Operations & Partnerships Support

  • Manage key internal partnerships between departments, ensuring strong collaboration and value delivery.
  • Support the Sales Team by managing pipeline data, reporting, and insights for decision-making.
  • Assist with identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements in sales operations.

Ad Hoc Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Take on ad hoc projects related to Sales Operations and Channel Improvements.
  • Work on cross-functional initiatives that enhance revenue-generating activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Large-Scale Event Coordination, or Marketing Operations.
  • Proven experience managing marketing events and working with event-specific apps and exhibitor platforms.
  • Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Asana, Google Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong cross-cultural experience, particularly in the U.S. market, with the ability to adapt to diverse work environments.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Process-oriented and analytical, focused on optimizing workflows and leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, with an eye for detail in event planning and logistics.
