Junior Quality Assurance Engineer – Fintech Banking in Tenet Bank Ltd.

• Test Case Design & Execution: Create and execute test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Automation Support: Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or Cypress.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects using Azure DevOps or similar tools, collaborating with developers for resolutions.
• End-to-End Testing: Conduct structured and exploratory testing for UI workflows and APIs.
• Test Environment Setup: Help set up and maintain test environments for efficient and reliable testing.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with developers and product owners to understand requirements and ensure quality at every stage of development. Maintain clear documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance testing processes and contribute to best practices in QA.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a QA role, with experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Basic knowledge of automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar defect tracking tools.
• Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) for automation.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and QA best practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to testing.
• Clear verbal and written communication for effective collaboration and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
