Job Functions:

Provide hardware/software support via telephone, email, callout, or remote tools.
Install and configure new Windows computers, notebooks, printers, multifunction devices, and telephone handsets.
Install software, upgrade operating systems (Windows 7 to Windows 10), and manage software version upgrades.
Support users of major corporate systems, including Agresso, Core HR, iPlan, iHouse, Sierra LMS, Softco, and MailMeter.
Provide support for print management solutions.
Assist with audiovisual facilities, video conferencing, and microphones.
Utilize the Council’s Contact Management System in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Perform other duties as required to contribute to the delivery of our Helpdesk service.

Job Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a similar role (College placements of significant duration can count toward experience requirements).
A relevant 3rd level qualification (or appropriate equivalent) awarded by a recognized institution.
Formal Microsoft qualifications or substantial relevant experience in managing MS technologies.
A relevant CISCO networking qualification (CCNA/CCNP) OR substantial relevant experience with networking technologies.
