How to share an application with a public link

If you need to share a specific application with members of your team without the need for them to log in to Get on Board, you can do it quickly and easily:

1. Access the process view of your job.
2. Select the applicant card you want to share.
3. In the left menu of the card, click on the 'Get public share link' option. This will open the application in a new tab. You can copy the URL from that tab or click directly on the link and copy it to send it to your team members(*).

(*) Remember to share professional applications only within your team, always maintaining the confidentiality of each applicant's data.
