If you have a Get on Board subscription plan, you can access Talent Database (TDB), which allows you to search and invite technology talent directly from our base of +500,000 professionals.
Once you send the invitations, you can check their status by selecting the Talent > 'invitations' option in the left menu of your user view (on mobile you must expand the menu on the top left).
You can also view the invitations sent for each selection process by accessing the job process view. There you will find the first column with the invitations you have sent to professionals:
From this view, you can delete invitations and resend them. Please note that deleting an invitation will not restore it to your monthly credit quota. If you resend a deleted invitation, it will not be deducted from your monthly quota.
The number of invitations you can send each month depends on the number of credits of the plan you have subscribed to. You can check our subscription plans and choose one that best suits your recruiting needs.
