If your payment is rejected, Stripe, our payment platform will keep trying a couple of times. If the transaction still cannot be completed, you will receive an email asking you to update your payment methods in your account.
If you are an admin, you can add another payment method by going to the 'Payment Methods' option by clicking on your name in the navbar.
Once there, you can enter a new payment method (another card) and set it as default for future payments.
