When you post a job on Get on Board, you must consider different factors that will impact attracting applicants, such as seniority (junior, senior, etc.), whether the salary is visible or not, among others. Here we share some tips to increase applications for your job.
Closing a process on Get on Board lets candidates know that you are no longer looking for candidates for the position, and organizes your board internally so that old processes are no longer present.
Get on Board subscription plans offer complete ATS software, considerable savings ($) compared to individual publications, ever-active jobs, automatic unlocks, the ability to publish confidential jobs, integration with other ATSs, and more. Check out all the benefits here...
Boost maximizes the visibility and scope of your job posting on Get on Board, especially when you need to recruit with urgency or for highly competitive or hard-to-find positions. To activate Boost, it is imperative that the ad is already unlocked. Boost lasts 14 days, after which will be deactivated and your job ad will go back to its normal visibility and will be listed chronologically again.
Duplicating a process means cloning the job and publishing a new clean selection process. When you re-open a process, you keep the data of your original job.
Once you create your ad, the URL cannot be modified. You can edit the title and content of the ad, but the link will remain the same as the original one.
